Hello, my name is Yvonne Gonzales  Being a single mother of a handicap son, having to quit my job to stay home to care for him,  I had to learn a trade.  I designed and made little girls clothing for many years.  Since I was home all the time, I learned to make cakes as a hobby that I enjoyed so much.   1997 I moved to Texas to a small town. My little girls clothing did not sell well.  So one day I decided to make  lots of small cakes and take them to all the businesses with my business cards. lo and behold within two years I had a bridal shop & quinceanera shop. ​ In 2011 I got very sick and had to go close my store down. It took me three years to recover after being retired for 10 years. I decided it’s time for me to go back to work  making my custom Quinceañera sets.   Since I love making sweets, I decided to make specialty sweets and add a twist for everyone to enjoy
